International Chat & Voice (WFO)

Process: International (70% Chat | 30% Voice)
Work Mode: Work From Office

Role:
Handle international customer queries via chat and voice, resolve issues related to bookings, payments, and accounts, and deliver high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage global customer interactions (chat & calls)
- Resolve queries quickly and accurately
- Maintain proper case documentation
- Meet quality & productivity targets

Eligibility:
- 12th pass / Graduate (any stream)
- Freshers with excellent English can apply
- 1+ year international support experience preferred




- Valuable written & verbal English + basic computer skills
