About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with Domestic and International clients.
- Ensure effective and professional communication (verbal & written) with clients regarding ongoing services and publication updates.
- Guide clients through the research and publication process, including journals, review articles, books, and other academic submissions.
- Coordinate with internal editorial and publication teams to ensure quality service delivery.
- Conduct quality checks on research articles and other publication materials before submission.
- Address client queries promptly and provide effective solutions to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities to generate repeat business and strengthen long-term professional relationships.
- Maintain client records using CRM and digital tools.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education:



Masters in Science-related disciplines (MSc, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or equivalent).
- Freshers with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of research publication processes is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills (spoken & written).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage Domestic and International clients.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
