Position: Mivan Building Surveyor

Department: Civil Construction

Project Type: High-Rise / Residential / Commercial Buildings (Mivan Technology)

Location: Project Site (peddapalli/ _jagitial_ district )

Experience: 3-10 Years

Responsibilities:
- Perform layout marking for Mivan aluminium formwork walls, slabs, columns, and shafts.
- Establish and maintain grid lines, benchmarks, and control points.
- Conduct surveying using Total Station, Auto Level, and DGPS.
- Ensure accuracy of verticality, alignment, and level checks before shuttering fixing.
- Verify wall thickness, openings, sleeves, and structural dimensions as per drawings.
- Coordinate with construction, QA/QC, and MEP teams for embedded services.
- Carry out pre-pour and post-pour surveys for slab and wall casting.
- Monitor tower verticality and elevation transfer for high-rise buildings.
- Maintain survey records, reports, and as-built measurements.
- Ensure survey equipment calibration and maintenance.

Required Skills:




- Strong knowledge of Mivan / Aluminium Formwork System.
- Experience in high-rise building layout & elevation transfer.
- Ability to read structural and architectural drawings.
- Knowledge of tolerance control in Mivan construction.
- Good coordination with site execution teams.

Qualification
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Survey Engineering.

Experience Requirement
- Minimum 3+ years experience in Mivan building projects.

- AutoCAD
- Total Station
- Auto Level
- Survey Software / Excel reporting
