Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver the Akanksha curriculum using effective teaching methods
- Plan and implement engaging lessons tailored to students’ needs
- Design assessments to track and evaluate student progress
- Use varied teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning setting
- Build collaborative relationships with students, parents, the community, and school team
- Set clear and high expectations for students
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized classroom environment
- Participate actively in professional development opportunities and network events
- Attend and contribute to all school trainings and meetings
- Complete professional obligations efficiently and responsibly
- Engage in extra-curricular and celebratory school activities
- Make occasional community visits to strengthen parent connections

Experience:
- Prior teaching experience is preferred, though freshers will also be considered

Education:
- Pre-Primary: Graduate in any discipline; a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education or a related qualification is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
