Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center
- Manage academic, administrative, and support staff
- Ensure smooth delivery of training programs and student services
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and aviation regulatory standards
- Coordinate with the corporate office for reporting, planning, and support
- Drive student admissions and outreach in the local market
- Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and training outcomes
- Monitor and manage center budgets and resource allocation
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing training centers or educational institutions
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Background in aviation training or the education sector is a plus
