Position: Quality Checker-Final VDI
Department:
- Quality
Experience:
- 5-8 years in ERW SS Tube/Pipe Industry, preferred (Stainless Tubes and Pipes)
Location:
- Umbergaon,Gujarat or (as applicable)
Role:
- Responsible for final visual and dimensional inspection of ERW SSwelded pipes to ensure only ok material is dispatched as per customer and standard requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform final visual inspection of Pipes.
- Check OD, wall thickness, length, and ovality.
- Inspect weld seam and surface defects.
- Verify Hydro/NDT test status and traceability.
- Check marking, bundling, and packing.
- Segregate rejected material and raise NCR.
- Maintain VDI inspection records.
Qualification:
- ITI/Diploma(Mechanical)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
