Key Responsibilities:
- Speaking HINDI is mandatory.:
- Minimum 2 years Electrical & Solar panel wiring experience.:
- Electrical site/field experience is mandatory.:
- Conduct site assessments to determine the best placement and layout of solar panels.
- Configure, install, and wire photovoltaic solar systems, including the electrical wiring and fixtures.
- Connect solar systems to the local power grid, and perform necessary testing to ensure their safety and efficiency.
- Maintain records of all maintenance and installation tasks, ensuring compliance with all applicable standards and regulations.
- Diagnose and repair malfunctioning systems and their components, thereby reducing downtime and helping to maintain high levels of system operational reliability.




- Stay updated on the latest industry technologies, best practices, and guidelines.
- Coordinate with Head Office,Corporate offices timely.

Required Skills:
- Diploma/ITI in Electrical.
- Relevant experience in Electrical & Solar installation or maintenance.
- Should have robust knowledge on Electrical Field.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines accordingly.

Education:
- Diploma (preferred)

Experience:
- Industrial electrician: 2 years (preferred)
- Solar: 2 years (required)

Willingness to travel:
- 75% (required)
