Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Sales Officerto manage primary and secondary sales, strengthen distributor and retailer relationships, and achieve assigned sales targets within the territory.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned area
- Appoint, manage, and motivate distributors and retailers
- Ensure proper product availability and visibility in the market
- Execute company sales promotions, schemes, and launches
- Monitor secondary sales and stock levels at distributor/retailer points
- Conduct regular market visits and collect competitor intelligence
- Handle claims, complaints, and ensure timely payment collections
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
- 1-4 years of experience in FMCG sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Good knowledge of local market and distribution network
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
