Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Design YouTube thumbnails, banners, and digital creatives
- Create Instagram creatives and ad visuals
- Edit long-form YouTube videos (classes, interviews, explainers)
- Create short-form content including Shorts, Reels, promos, and teasers
- Repurpose content across multiple formats and platforms
- Ensure creatives align with student engagement and performance goals

Required Skills & Expectations
- Strong understanding of the competitive exam ecosystem (Bank/SSC)
- Ability to identify hooks, pacing, and engagement points independently




- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools
- Understanding of content performance metrics (CTR, retention, watch time)
- Self-driven approach with solid ownership mindset

Not a Fit If
- You require detailed daily instructions
- You work only on design or only on video editing
- You lack familiarity with the education or exam-preparation domain

Selection Process
- 1 YouTube Thumbnail (exam-related)
- 1 Short/Reel edit (30-60 seconds)

This will help us assess creativity, domain understanding, and content sense.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
