Job Title: Freelance HR Recruiter (Work From Home)

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Freelance HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-level roles across our growing businesses. This is a work-from-home role requiring strong ownership, coordination, and structured hiring support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for middle-level roles across departments
- Schedule and coordinate virtual and in-person interviews with internal teams
- Maintain recruitment trackers and share regular hiring updates
- Coordinate offer-related documentation and joining formalities support

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment
- Strong experience hiring middle-level professionals across functions




- Comfortable working independently with mínimal supervision
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Well-versed with remote hiring and interview scheduling processes

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
