We are seeking an experienced Manager - Business Development to drive new client acquisition, manage key accounts, and support new product development initiatives in the Personal Care segment. The role requires strong coordination skills, commercial understanding, and hands-on experience in client handling.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients and business opportunities
- Follow up with clients on new inquiries, orders, and submitted samples
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and share accurate costing for new products
- Coordinate with the Sales team for new projects from existing and prospective clients
- Handle logistics and supply chain activities for Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM) related to client samples




- Coordinate with clients for new projects/products in the Personal Care category
- Liaise with R&D; and Factory teams for timely development and submission of samples
- Prepare and review MIS reports related to monthly targets and business goals

Required Skills & Experience
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Development or Sales
- Experience in Personal Care / FMCG / Manufacturing industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of costing, BOM preparation, and product development cycles
- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS Excel and MIS reporting
