Qualification: ECCE certification or any bachelors degree

Experience: Freshers or a minimum of 1+ year of experience as a preschool teacher

Age Requirement: 21-40 years

Skills: Proficiency in English (oral and written communication)

1. Centre Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day crche operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Maintain attendance records of children and staff.
- Ensure centre opens/closes as per schedule.
- Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.

2. Child Care & Safety
- Ensure childrens safety, security, and well-being at all times.
- Supervise feeding, sleeping,



and activity routines.
- Monitor childrens health; inform parents of any concerns.
- Ensure first-aid readiness and emergency protocols.

3. Staff Supervision
- Manage caregivers, helpers, and support staff.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and shifts.
- Train staff on child care practices, safety, and hygiene.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.

4. Parent Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for parents.
- Share daily updates on child progress and activities.
- Address parent concerns/complaints promptly.
- Conduct parent meetings when required.

5. Curriculum & Activity Planning
- Plan age-appropriate learning and play activities.
- Ensure implementation of early childhood care practices.
- Organize storytelling, rhymes, games, and developmental activities.

6. Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain child records, medical details, and emergency contacts.
