About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in selecting and customizing domestic and international holiday packages.
- Provide destination information, travel recommendations, and itinerary options.
- Coordinate with senior travel consultants and the operations team for bookings and confirmations.
- Prepare quotations, itinerary drafts, and detailed package information for customers.
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, walk-ins, and online platforms.
- Maintain follow-up records and ensure timely responses to customer queries.
- Support booking processes for hotels, flights, activities, and transfers.
- Stay updated on travel guidelines, visa requirements, and tourism trends.
- Ensure smooth service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Possess basic knowledge of Galileo and Amadeus (preferred).
- Assist with group tours when required.
Skills & Competencies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of travel destinations, holiday packages, or tourism (preferred).
- Ability to multitask and manage customer requirements efficiently.
- Computer literacy with basic office software; familiarity with travel portals is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, team player, and solid interest in the travel industry.
Qualifications
- Graduation in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in the travel or holidays sector (fresher’s can also apply).
