Mechanical Maintenance
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of food processing machinery
- Maintain equipment such as mixers, grinders, conveyors, pumps, filling & packing machines:
- Identify mechanical faults and perform timely repairs to minimize downtime

Installation & Repairs
- Assist in installation, alignment, dismantling, and reassembly of mechanical equipment
- Perform fitting, replacement, and adjustment of mechanical parts
- Support new machine installation and commissioning activities

Preventive Maintenance
- Follow preventive maintenance schedules and SOPs
- Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and breakdown reports
- Ensure proper lubrication and upkeep of moving parts

Safety & Compliance
- Follow safety norms, GMP, and food industry hygiene standards:
- Use PPE and ensure safe working practices on the shop floor




- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams during maintenance activities

Shift Operations
- Attend breakdowns during production shifts
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per plant requirements

Qualification
- ITI - Fitter (mandatory)

Experience
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Mechanical Maintenance:
- Prior experience in Food Processing / FMCG / Pharma industry preferred

Skills & Competencies
- Solid understanding of mechanical systems and fitting work
- Basic knowledge of pumps, gearboxes, bearings, chains, belts, and valves
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues quickly
- Team player with good discipline and safety awareness

Other Requirements
- Open to working in rotational shifts:
- Willing to work at Nashik location

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
