JOB Role: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Responsibilities:
- Contact company-provided leads and schedule product demos with potential clients.
- Conduct online product demonstrations using tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or similar platforms.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the ER4U product to confidently present features and benefits during demos.
- Follow up with prospects to drive conversions and close deals.
- Achieve sales closures and generate consistent business for the company.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding and addressing client needs.




- Proactively suggest recent sales initiatives and strategies to improve conversions and revenue.

Key Requirements
- Excellent communication and call-handling skills:
- Strong lead management and follow-up abilities:
- Basic understanding of computers, internet, websites, and software products:
- Prior experience in a similar industry will be an added advantage
- Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
- Professional and confident telephone etiquette
