Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Help Desk Executive to join our team as a key member of our customer support team. The incumbent will be responsible for handling employee and driver queries related to office transport, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities:




- Respond to employee queries and concerns regarding office travel
- Troubleshoot and resolve common issues, such as pickup delays or route changes
- Coordinate with drivers and support teams to resolve issues promptly
- Log and track issues, and escalate them to relevant teams as needed

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English or local language
- Proficiency in Excel (basic to intermediate)
