The Stock & Inventory Associate will be responsible for managing, tracking, and controlling solar material inventory, including panels, inverters, structures, cables, and BOS items. The role ensures accurate stock records, timely material availability for projects, and coordination with procurement, site teams, and vendors.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of inward, outward, and available stock of solar materials.
- Receive, inspect, and verify materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Issue materials to project sites as per approved material requisitions.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of solar equipment to avoid damage.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile variances.




- Coordinate with procurement and project teams for material planning and replenishment.
- Maintain inventory registers/ERP/Excel-based stock reports.
- Track defective, damaged, or returned materials and report discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and basic safety standards in the store.
- Support audits and management reporting related to inventory.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
