Rolls & Responsibility - Strategic project planning and end-to-end execution including planning, design, survey, implementation, field acceptance testing, and operations Including Router, Switches, Rack, RFMS, UPS, UBR, Microwave, OLT, ONT, DWDM etc.
- Preparation of network planning, preparation of BOQ, submission of material requirements, allocation to the vendor, and ensuring installation, commissioning, configuration, and final handover to Customer for Acceptance Testing.
- Responsible for adherence to project timelines and preparation of the overall plan to achieve them.
- Responsible for vendor management and necessary training to timely bases.
- Responsible for inventory management of both existing and recent Active network equipment.
- Responsible for managing the operations and maintenance (O&M;) of Phase-1 and Phase-2 networks, along with the new network O&M; of Phase-3.
- Responsible for conducting Proof of Concept (POC) in the field for Various equipment.




- Understand the existing network setup and manage operations and maintenance, spare management, R&R; management, inventory management, field resource management, and vendor management.
- Responsible for training tenderers/end users on how to use and manage the updated infrastructure, and provide necessary support materials wherever applicable.
- Responsible for field planning and managing SLAs, pre-handover preparation, handover planning, handover execution, and post-handover support.
- Preparation of weekly, monthly, half-yearly, and yearly MIS reports as per requirements.
- Responsible for change management for both existing and new networks in day to day deployment and operations activities.
- Responsible for network and service provisioning for services assigned to last-mile customers, coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver services as per SLA.
