Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Furniture Designer Furniture Designer to lead and oversee end-to-end production operations at our furniture manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to meet targets and deadlines
- Manage manpower, machinery, and materials for optimal productivity
- Ensure quality standards are met across all stages of furniture manufacturing
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and logistics teams
- Implement process improvements to reduce wastage and control costs
- Monitor inventory, production reports, and KPIs
- Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and regulatory standards

Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in furniture or wood-based manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of production planning, machining, finishing, and assembly processes
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Ability to handle pressure and meet production deadlines
- Basic computer skills (ERP/production reporting preferred)

Pay: ₹25,406.82 - ₹40,539.89 per month
