Surgical Counsellor

Location: Indorewala ENT Hospital | Nashik

Role Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and organized Surgical Counsellor to guide patients through their treatment journey — from counselling and financial discussions to smooth discharge coordination. The role requires close collaboration with clinicians, TPA, billing, and nursing teams to ensure an excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clinical staff regarding diagnosis and treatment plans
- Explain surgical/medical procedures to patients and families
- Provide complete financial counselling and cost estimates
- Guide patients on pre-operative investigations and documentation




- Address in-patient concerns and resolve grievances
- Ensure smooth discharge in coordination with clinicians, TPA, and billing teams

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Pleasant and professional demeanour
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Tech-savvy; comfortable using Hospital Management Systems
- Strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities
- Prior hospital experience preferred

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,819.86 - ₹37,687.23 per month
