Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.)
- Create engaging content such as posts, captions, reels, stories, and creatives
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals
- Monitor engagement, comments, and messages, ensuring timely responses
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams for campaigns and creatives
- Track performance using analytics tools and prepare basic reports
- Stay updated with social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities
- Support employer branding, hiring posts, and company announcements

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies




- Good written communication and caption-writing skills
- Working knowledge of tools like Canva or similar design tools
- Basic understanding of analytics and insights
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
