We are looking for a Male Front Office Assistant (Night Shift-9 PM to 9AM) to manage our reception area and ensure a smooth guest experience. If you are friendly, well-organized, and excel at customer service, this role is perfect for you

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and direct calls as needed.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
- Handle reservations, schedule appointments, and assist with bookings.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Manage difficult guests calmly and professionally,



resolving concerns without conflict.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.

Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Front Office Assistant, Receptionist, or in a similar role (hotel experience preferred).
Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Personality: Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to handle pressure.
Customer Service: Strong ability to manage guest concerns professionally without engaging in conflict.
Punctuality & Reliability are a must.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
