The Role:
At AMS, talent is our world—and now, we're expanding that world with a fresh perspective. As a Talent Community Specialist, you will sit within the Sourcing Team, operating as a strategic partner to sourcing teams, TA Leads, Attraction, Strategy, and Employer Brand to grow and nurture high‑quality talent pipelines that directly reduce time to hire, cost per hire, and lift brand affinity.
You will own the design, build and optimisation of Talent Communities across the account,
using next‑generation segmentation models, engagement strategies, curated content, predictive reporting, and technology‑enabled workflows (Workday Evergreens, Telemetry, CRM).
Your mission: Convert passive interest into active, engaged, hire‑ready talent through best‑practice talent pooling, targeted nurture journeys, and data‑driven community health management.
Key Accountabilities:
- Talent Community Design & Segmentation- Create evergreen requisitions in Workday aligned to demand plans.
- Set up Telemetry public folders, tagging architecture, and journeys.
- Talent Pool Growth & Acquisition- Engagement Strategy & Content Delivery- Deliver curated, segmented nurture communications.
- Monthly newsletters, values content, webinars, employee stories, industry insight.
- Community Health & Predictive Reporting- Report on acquisition, engagement, conversion, diversity and pool readiness.
- Weekly updates to TA Lead
