Manage and monitor daily ERP system operations.
- Create and maintain user accounts, roles, and access rights.
- Provide ERP training to new and existing employees.:
- Conduct refresher training sessions and prepare training materials.:
- Coordinate with departments to ensure correct and timely data entry.
- Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and resolve system errors.
- Generate and share MIS reports from ERP system.
- Ensure data accuracy, backup, and system security.
- Coordinate with ERP vendor for upgrades, customization, and support.
- Support ERP implementation and process improvements.
- Monitor Production, Purchase, Sales, Accounts, HR, and Stores modules.
Pay: ₹14,276.19 - ₹20,000.00 per month
