Assembly In-Charge - Plastic Injection Moulding

We are a 25-year-old, well-established Plastic Injection Moulding manufacturing unit specializing in LED Light Housing components.

Our facility includes:
- 25 fully robotic Injection Moulding Machines
- Conveyorized production flow
- In-house Tool Room
- Structured production & dispatch system

We are looking for a disciplined and performance-driven Assembly In-Charge who can strengthen our Assembly Department with better productivity, quality control and manpower management.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise complete Assembly operations (Lighting fixtures, holders, connectors, sub-assemblies)
- Improve assembly productivity and reduce cycle time
- Reduce rejection and rework through process control
- Maintain manpower discipline, attendance and shift management
- Implement SOPs, line balancing and workflow optimization
- Coordinate closely with Production, Quality & Dispatch teams
- Daily production reporting and rejection analysis




- Ensure 5S implementation and shop-floor discipline
- Train, guide and motivate operators for performance improvement

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Assembly rejection below 1.5%
- Productivity improvement of 10-15%
- Zero dispatch delay due to assembly bottlenecks
- Reduction in manpower cost per piece

Qualification & Experience

✔ 5-10 years experience as Assembly Supervisor / Assembly In-Charge in Plastic Injection Industry
✔ Experience in Lighting / Electrical Plastic components preferred
✔ Robust manpower handling capability (15-40 workers)
✔ Knowledge of quality tools (Poka-Yoke, 5 Why, Root Cause Analysis, Kaizen)
✔ ITI / Diploma preferred

Salary & Benefits

₹30,000 - ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience & capability)
