Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management
- Manage and grow RGB’s presence on:
- LinkedIn (primary)
- Instagram
- Facebook
- YouTube (supporting role)
- Ensure consistent posting as per approved content calendar
- Maintain a professional brand tone aligned with RGB values

2. Lead Generation & Digital Campaign Support
- Generate inbound leads via social media for:
- Consulting engagements
- Workshops, programs, and events
- Speaking and public appearance opportunities for the leadership
- Support paid and organic campaigns where required
- Coordinate with consultants/agencies if needed

3. Authority & Personal Branding
- Build and strengthen the leadership digital authority
- Convert:
- Ideas
- Voice notes
- Session learnings
- Talks

into structured social media content
- Repurpose long-form content into:
- Posts
- Carousels
- Short videos
- Quotes and insights

4. Landing Pages & Retargeting (Working Knowledge)




- Support creation and optimisation of basic landing pages
- Understand conversion flow from:
- Social media → Landing page → Lead
- Assist in re-targeting campaigns (Meta / LinkedIn)
- Track basic performance metrics

5. Back Office Marketing & Reporting
- Maintain records of:
- Content posted
- Engagement metrics
- Lead enquiries
- Share straightforward weekly and monthly performance reports
- Support marketing coordination and documentation

Qualifications

Required
- 1-3 years experience in Social Media / Digital Marketing
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram content formats
- Working knowledge of:
- Canva
- Meta Business Suite
- LinkedIn analytics
- Good written communication skills in English and Hindi

Preferred / Added Advantage
- Experience handling founder-led or personal branding accounts
- Basic knowledge of:
- Landing pages
- Re-targeting
- SEO fundamentals
