Job Summary

The Store Executive will be responsible for managing material inventory, maintaining stock records, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring timely availability of materials for projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain proper records of inward and outward materials.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about low inventory.
- Coordinate with procurement and site teams for material requirements.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
- Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and maintain stock registers.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Maintain vendor bills and documentation.
- Ensure proper labeling and systematic arrangement of materials.




- Handle material dispatch to sites as per requirement.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store area.

Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of inventory management.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Valuable organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate with different departments.
- Basic understanding of Furniture/interior materials (preferred).

Qualification
- Minimum: Graduate / Diploma (any stream)
- Experience: 1-3 years in store or inventory management (preferred in Furniture/interior industry).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
