The Hostess is the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in creating a positive first impression. This position is responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations and waitlists, and coordinating seating to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a warm and qualified manner
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
- Seat guests according to table availability and server rotation
- Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area
- Communicate effectively with servers and management
- Thank guests upon departure and invite them to return
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
