Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute the annual internal audit program, ensuring coverage of all departments and processes.
- Conduct internal audits in line with defined standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed audit reports, highlight observations, and ensure timely communication to concerned departments.
- Track and ensure closure of audit findings through effective CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- Perform follow-up audits to verify the effectiveness of implemented CAPAs.
- Act as the primary coordinator for external audits, including customer audits, certification audits, and regulatory inspections.
- Ensure audit readiness by maintaining updated documentation, records, and compliance status at all times.
- Liaise with auditors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of external audits.
- Respond to external audit observations, prepare compliance reports, and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) with a focus on audit compliance.
- Review and control SOPs,



policies, and quality documents to ensure they are audit-ready and compliant.
- Monitor deviations, non-conformances, and incidents identified during audits and ensure proper investigation.
- Lead root cause analysis and drive CAPA implementation for audit-related findings.
- Conduct vendor and supplier audits to evaluate quality systems and compliance.
- Support risk-based auditing approaches and identify high-risk areas for focused audits.
- Ensure proper training of internal auditors and relevant staff on audit procedures and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and present audit summaries, trends, and compliance reports during management review meetings.
- Promote a robust audit culture, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to quality standards across the organization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
