Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities: System Knowledge & Support:
- Handle day-to-day system operations (ERP/HR/Inventory software).
- Ensure proper data entry and data accuracy in the system.
- Coordinate with IT team for system-related issues.
- Monitor system updates and maintain records.
- Provide basic training/support to staff on system usage.

Report Preparation:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Generate attendance, sales, stock, and performance reports.
- Maintain data in Excel and company software.
- Analyze basic data and highlight discrepancies.
- Submit reports to management on time.

Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas).
- Basic understanding of ERP systems (Tally, SAP, or any company software).
- Strong data entry and analytical skills.




- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification:
- B.Com / BBA / Any Degree
- 1-3 years of experience in reporting or system handling preferred
- Freshers with strong Excel knowledge can also apply

Preferred Qualities:
- Ability to work under deadlines
- Problem-solving skills
- Team coordination ability
- Basic knowledge of accounts or HR operations is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
