Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters and warehouses for timely dispatch and delivery of materials
- Regular follow-up over phone calls to ensure on-time movement of goods
- Track shipments and update the sales and operations team on delivery status
- Resolve logistics-related issues promptly
- Maintain dispatch and delivery records
- Co-ordinate with accounts for invoice and payment follow-ups if required
- Ensure proper documentation (LR copy, E-way bill, invoice, etc.)
- Support inventory planning and stock monitoring

Required Skills:
- Robust communication and follow-up skills (especially over phone calls)
- Good coordination and problem-solving ability




- Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate (B.Com / BBA / Any relevant field)
- 1-3 years experience in supply chain / co-ordination role in steel industry preferably
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution industry will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
