Key Responsibilities
- Supervise table service and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Take orders and ensure timely and accurate service.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth order flow.
- Handle guest queries and resolve minor complaints.
- Maintain hygiene, grooming, and service standards.
- Support upselling and revenue targets.
- Assist in shift closing and daily reporting.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years experience in hotel/restaurant service.
- Knowledge of service standards and dining etiquette.
- Positive communication and team coordination skills.
- Presentable and customer-service oriented.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and weekends.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
