Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, and Production departments for material availability.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Track production output and compare with planned targets.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
- Maintain production records, reports, and MIS.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team for timely delivery.
- Identify production bottlenecks and suggest corrective actions.
- Follow up on pending orders and prioritize urgent jobs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
- Assist in inventory control and minimize wastage.Required Skills:
- Solid planning and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of production processes.
- Basic understanding of inventory management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving ability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
