Job Summary:
The Field Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the school’s admission initiatives through door-to-door outreach, community engagement, and local area marketing activities. The role focuses on lead generation, brand awareness, and increasing student enrolments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door campaigns in assigned residential areas.
- Distribute brochures and explain school programs, curriculum, and facilities to parents.
- Generate and maintain prospective parent leads.
- Coordinate with the Admissions Team for follow-ups and campus visits.
- Participate in local events, apartment promotions, and community meetings.
- Collect market intelligence on nearby schools and competitors.




- Maintain daily activity reports and lead tracking sheets.
- Achieve weekly and monthly admission enquiry targets.

Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Any Graduate (12th pass may also be considered with experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in field marketing / sales / real estate / insurance / education sector preferred.
- Valuable communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Presentable, confident, and persuasive personality.
- Willingness to travel locally and work on weekends if required.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / reporting.
