We are looking for a confident and well-spoken to handle outbound and/or inbound calls, generate leads, and support customer communication for our office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers/prospects as per provided data
- Receive and handle incoming calls professionally
- Explain company products/services clearly to customers
- Generate leads and follow up with interested clients
- Maintain daily call records and customer details
- Coordinate with sales and office staff for follow-ups
- Resolve basic customer queries and provide information

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Basic knowledge of computers (MS Excel,



calling software)
- Pleasant personality and positive attitude
- Ability to handle rejection and work.

Experience
- Freshers can apply
- 0-2 years of experience in telecalling or customer support preferred

Working Hours
- Office timing: As per company policy
- Weekly off: As per office schedule
