Role Overview

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate record-keeping, and support our finance team across geographies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a rapid-paced, multi-disciplinary environment and values accuracy and accountability.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments
- Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash
- Assist with payroll and employee reimbursements
- Prepare monthly financial reports for internal review




- Coordinate with Australian finance team for compliance and reporting
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensure timely renewals and payments for subscriptions and services

Requirements:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting (1-3 years preferred)
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Excel
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB)
- Strong Excel and data entry skills
- Solid understanding of Debit & Credit, Liabilities & Assets:
- Knowledge of GST, invoicing, and reconciliation
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills (English proficiency required)

Bonus Skills
- Experience working with international teams
- Exposure to digital agency operations
- Knowledge of Australian accounting standards (preferred but not mandatory)

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per m
