Job Overview

We are looking for an Academic Counselor who will guide students in choosing the right courses, programs, and career paths. The role involves student counseling, lead conversion, follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth admission journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand students’ academic background, goals, and interests
- Recommend suitable courses, certifications, or programs:
- Explain course structure, fees, timelines, and career outcomes
- Convert leads into enrollments/admissions:
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems:
- Follow up with interested students and close admissions
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly counseling targets:
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills:
- Robust convincing and counseling abilities




- Student-centric and solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working with targets and KPIs:
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity
- Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience in EdTech / Education Sales / Academic Counseling:
- Knowledge of career counseling and admission processes:
- Familiarity with CRM tools (LeadSquared, Zoho, Freshsales, etc.)

Salary & Benefits
- CTC: ₹3,00,000 - 4,00,000 per annum (Fixed + Incentives)
