Role: Operations Executive Roles & Responsibilities

1. Webinar & Tech Support
- Coordinate and manage live webinars, ensuring smooth execution and presenter readiness
- Provide real-time technical support for audio, video, or connectivity issues
- Maintain accurate attendance and feedback records
- Audit webinar quality and suggest improvements

2. Technical Support




- Troubleshoot software, platform, and connectivity issues
- Maintain a knowledge base for recurring problems

3. Operations Support
- Support onboarding and gather feedback for service enhancement

4. Data Maintenance
- Update and manage participant databases, attendance, and feedback logs
- Ensure data accuracy and generate reports
- Collaborate with teams to resolve discrepancies

5. Process Improvement
- Stay updated on educational technology trends
- Suggest and implement workflow improvements
- Participate in training and upskilling initiatives

Required Skills:
- Solid written and verbal communication in English
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Word/Google Docs
- Problem-solving skills, especially in technical troubleshooting

Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, or AI concepts
- Prior experience in operations or data management

Education
- Bachelor’s degree
