Looking after Site finishing works.
- Follow ups with contractors and their supervisors regarding site activities.
- Ensuring quality in all works.
- Ensuring timely completion of given and required tasks by contractors.
- Ensuring proper work front for different activities and co-ordination between all the
contractors/departments.
- Co-ordination with MEP team for electrical, plumbing, firefighting and other related works.
- Preparing D.P. R’s.
- Flat’s Inspection and getting the pending works/points explicit.
- Getting the snag points received from F.M Team cleared by respective contractors thus
Ensuring flat’s possession on time.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
