We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive with 1-2 years of experience to generate leads, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales leads
- Present and explain products/services to clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Prepare sales reports and update CRM regularly
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1-2 years of proven sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
- Positive interpersonal and presentation skills
