Responsibilities:
- Create, modify, and update architectural drawings and documents using AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure design accuracy and project progression.
- Prepare presentation materials, including renderings and models, for client meetings and project reviews.
- Perform site analysis, field measurements, and document existing conditions.
- Support senior architects with daily project management tasks, including deadlines, budgets, and schedules.
- Ensure that projects meet quality standards and align with the firm's design principles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- 1 year of skilled experience/Freshers in an architectural firm (internships and co-op experience are also considered).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing your design work is required.
- Passion for architecture and eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
