Role Overview
We are looking for an Operations & Customer Relationship Executive to support day-to-day brand operations and manage customer communication. This role involves handling orders, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a smooth post-purchase experience.

This is a hands-on opportunity to work closely with the core team and gain real exposure to how a growing streetwear brand operates.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily order processing and coordination
- Ensure timely order updates, delivery tracking, and issue resolution
- Coordinate with logistics and internal teams for smooth fulfillment
- Maintain records of orders, customer feedback,



and returns
- Assist in improving customer experience and brand communication

Requirements:
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Basic knowledge of online shopping, D2C brands, or e-commerce platforms
- Organized, responsible, and quick to respond
- Comfortable working remotely and handling multiple tasks
- Prior experience in customer support or operations is a plus (not mandatory)

Stipend
₹5,000 - ₹8,000 per month (based on skillset and performance)
