Responsible for supervising CNC and VMC machine operations, handling machine setting, basic programming, manpower coordination, and ensuring production targets with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise CNC & VMC machine operations on daily basis.
- Perform machine setting, tool setting, and offset correction.
- Handle basic programming & program editing as per drawing requirements.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per plan.
- Monitor quality, reduce rejection, and control machine downtime.

Technical Skills Required:
- Knowledge of CNC / VMC machine setting
- Understanding of G-code & M-code programming
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Knowledge of measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge)




- Basic knowledge of tooling & fixture setting

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Production Engineering
- 1-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production setup
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- CNC & VMC Machines Setting Knowledge Must:
- Good understanding of safety and quality standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
