Job Summary:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles.
- Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with technical panels.
- Maintain recruitment tracker and database.

Required Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of IT technologies (preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate (Preferably IT / MBA HR background).
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
