Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate physical and digital records of all diamond jewellery stock.
- Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and categorization of jewellery as per SKU and certification.
- Handle inward and outward stock movements, including recent arrivals, returns, and transfers.
- Perform regular stock reconciliation and assist with audits.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, and back-end teams for stock-related updates.
- Follow proper safety, storage, and security protocols for all jewellery items.
- Generate stock reports and highlight discrepancies, damages, or variances to management.

Requirements:
- Must have prior experience in the jewellery industry (retail, wholesale, or manufacturing).
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; diploma or degree preferred.
- Knowledge of diamond grading, hallmarking, and certification (GIA/IGI preferred).




- Familiar with inventory software (POS/ERP) and basic Excel.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and organization.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Willing to work full-time from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
