About the role

This role will responsible for National Account Customer Handling.

Role Responsibilities:
- Review all assigned calls on a daily basis to ensure progress and timely action- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for quick resolution of open items- Avoid penalties by ensuring strict adherence to TAT guidelines- Participate in daily/weekly reviews and provide status updates as required- May promote various products/services to ensure business targets are met.

Role Purpose:
- National Account Customer Handling- To ensure timely call closures,



compliance with TAT, effective preventive maintenance execution, and proper documentation in line with customer and contractual requirements

Minimum Requirements:
- 3/5 Years Experience in HVAC
