Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain company products/services clearly (e.g., solar panels, installations, offers)
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Generate leads and follow up regularly
- Maintain call records and update customer details in the system
- Convince customers and close sales (if sales role)
- Handle complaints and escalate issues when needed
- Achieve daily/weekly call and sales targets

Skills Required:
- Positive communication skills (Tamil + basic English preferred)
- Convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Patience and positive attitude
- Ability to handle rejection and pressure

Qualification:
- 10th / 12th / Any degree

Experience:
- 0-2 years in telecalling / customer support / sales (preferred)

Salary:
- Based on experience + incentives

Working Hours:
- Day shift (as per company policy)

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
