Florida is a growing home têxtiles & home furnishing brand which manufactures & deals in high quality yet affordable bedsheets, comforters, blankets, towels, top sheets, quilts, sofa, cushion and curtain fabric. We are based out of New Delhi with factories, warehouses & retails stores across the country.

Job Roles & Description:
His job roles could be summed up in the following points:
- Conduct field sales visits to retailers, distributors, and dealers to promote company products.
- Carry and present sample books/products to customers in the market.
- Explain product features, quality, and pricing clearly to potential buyers.
- Generate orders from retailers and distributors and ensure proper documentation of purchase orders.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the dispatch and operations team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.




- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management regarding market feedback, orders, and sales activities.
- Have a good understanding of home têxtile and furnishing products such as bedsheets, blankets, comforters, curtains, etc.
- Monitor market trends, competitor products, and pricing to improve sales strategies.
- Ensure timely collection follow-ups if required.
- Travel within assigned territories to expand the dealer and retailer network.
- Maintain proper records of visits, leads, and orders.
- Represent the company professionally and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements:
- Comfortable with field sales and regular market travel.
- Ability to carry sample books/products during market visits.
- Prior experience in B2B sales, preferably in home têxtiles or furnishing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and convert them into sales
