Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies for the NGO.
- Identify and reach out to potential donors and sponsors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with donors.
- Track fundraising progress and report results to the management team.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in fundraising or related roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with digital fundraising platforms and social media campaigns is a plus.
- Passion for animal welfare, nature, and community service.
