US Bookkeeping and Tax Preparation Executive
Location: Nagpur (Onsite position)
Shift: Rotational (on need basis)
- Shift 1: 2PM to 11PM IST
- Shift 2: 6:30PM to 3:30 AM IST Working Days
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper and Tax
strong understanding of US GAAP and be proficient in using accounting software
like QuickBooks, Xero, and other relevant tools. Experience working with US clients
and CPAs on various accounting and tax-related matters.

Responsibilities:
- Accounting:
oMaintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for US clients.
oPrepare financial statements, including income statements, balance
sheets, and cash flow statements.
oReconcile bank and credit card accounts.
oManage accounts payable and receivable.
- Taxation:
oPrepare and file various US federal, state, and local tax returns.
oAssist clients with tax planning and compliance.
- Client Services:
oProvide excellent customer service to clients.
oRespond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional
manner.




oBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and CPAs.
- Software Proficiency:
oProficient in using accounting software like QuickBooks and Xero.
oExperience with tax preparation software (e.g., TurboTax, Lacerte).
oFamiliarity with using tax software.
- Other Duties:
oAssist with payroll processing and reporting.
oPrepare and file sales tax returns.
oAssist with business incorporation and other compliance matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
- Robust understanding of US GAAP.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping and taxation.
- Proficient in QuickBooks, Xero, and other accounting software.
- Experience working with US clients and CPAs.Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with tax planning and consulting.
- Knowledge of various tax laws and regulations.
